Ground floor infill extension with green roof (following demolition of the existing conservatory and single storey rear extension), loft conversion to create a rear infill flat-roof dormer, installation of new rooflights: formation and raising of replacement roof terrace and privacy screen, alterations to the front and rear elevation fenestration, removal of unoriginal front porch doors, and detailing to minor front gable.
