Replacement ground floor structure to main house with the introduction of insulated limecrete floor. Alterations to floor levels to ground floor Loggia and replacement floor to butlery corridor and boot room. Internal works also incl: Remove internal doors, insert wall partition and door opening to stair hall. Insert door opening, remove joinery and replace fireplace surround to dining room. Butlery: Insert floor hatch from boot room to basement. Insert boiler enclosure to rear entrance hall. Alterations to partitions and doors.
