The development consists of two elements substantially completed by April 2022: 1. Loft Conversion: A conversion of the existing roof space to create two bedrooms and a shower room. This work includes a rear dormer and front-facing roof lights. The work was certified as completed by Building Control on 05/04/2022. 2. Outbuilding (Summer House): A detached timber-framed garden building used for storage and a garden room/man-cave. The building measures approximately 5.16m x 4.50m. Construction was completed in early 2022. Both elements have been in continuous use for over four years and are now immune from enforcement action.
