The extension will be 6 metres away from the original rear wall of the building with a height of 3 metres at the highest point and 2.8 metres to the eaves. A valid date has now been added to the record solely for the purpose of publishing the decision on the Planning Register. This addition does not imply that the application was ever considered valid
