Hybrid planning application consisting of a Full planning permission for the erection of 150 dwellings and associated works, including primary and secondary access from the A389 and Treworder Lane; and Outline planning permission for up to 400 dwellings, with all matters reserved except for access. Provision of land for a primary school and medical centre including dentist, public open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure and all associated and ancillary development (Environmental Impact Assessment development).
