Full proposal

Alterations to a Listed Building including: (i) upgrades to mechanical heating systems, (ii) upgrade to and provision of new ground floor W/C's, (iii) upgrades to electrical wiring, lighting, alarm systems, (iv) installation of L.E.D lighting to replace existing on all floor levels, (v) installation of floor boxes on Ground and First floor levels, (vi) sustainability improvements including sealant to windows (viii) installation of a replacement kitchen alongside retained existing cupboards, (ix) installation of carpet, and; (x) associated minor repairs, redecorating and removal of redundant wiring.
