External alterations including replacement front door; repointing of areas of external brickwork including around window frames; replacement bricks as necessary; replacement of modern window units; replacement window cills; re-painting of windows and reglazing as necessary; painting of stone window cills, stone window caps, balustrades and parapet wall; repairs to chimney flaunching and replacement with lead flashing; and removal of metal pipe work. Internal alterations including lowering of ceiling and replacement of internal door to create internal entrance; new window to hallway; reinstallation of panelled window surrounds; re-placement of decayed timbers over windows; re-plastering; re-painting of doors, windows, skirting, architrave, cornice banister and balustrades; reinstallation and repairs to fireplaces; replacement door; installation of en-suite and WC; and replacement of modern radiators.
