Full proposal

Extend front stone wall, remove garage doors and central pier to provide off-street parking, create lockable storage to rear of garage, re-roof with proprietary single ply membrane with composite decking over, erection of new garden office building, build up wall to gated entrance in stonework to match existing with stone coping, new full height timber gate, add two additional steps to reduce slope gradient from gate, remove existing outbuildings/sheds, removal of extensive bramble and ivy growth throughout and new planting scheme
