Refurbishment and extension of the existing building to provide reconfigured officeaccommodation (Class E),including alterations and extension at roof level to create an additional floor, enclosure of the existing internal lightwell beneath a glazed roof,provision of external amenity space, replacement of shopfronts at ground floor level, reconfiguration of retail and commercial units at ground and basement levels, rooftop plant, and other associated internal and external works.
