Full proposal

Repair of existing lower ground floor structure (basement ceiling) which will include 1) areas of reinforcement with steel frame beneath existing floor slab; 2) areas of replacement of filler joist floor which have decayed beyond retention. Secondly, provision of mechanical ventilation system within the basement including ducts into each of the spaces, and breaches through structural walls to allow passage of ducts.
