Full proposal

Construction of front boundary treatment comprising 1200mm high black powder-coated metal fence, brick piers with connecting wall, and vehicular access via electric double metal gates (4000mm wide x 2100mm high). Central brick piers (550mm square x 2200mm high) and adjacent piers (550mm square x 1400mm high) with connecting wall. Brickwork to match the existing dwelling. Sections of the 1200mm fence located within the Root Protection Area (RPA) of the TPO tree will be installed using no-dig construction methods in accordance with arboricultural best practice. Associated landscaping and extension of the existing driveway (located outside the TPO tree RPA) to be constructed using permeable materials.
