To relay dormer cheeks with roofshield breathable membrane treated roofing batten and clay Broseley tiles (like for like). To relay main roof with roofsheild breathable roofing membrane and treated roofing batten. Replacing existing damaged, worn and poorly laid lead of valley gutter with code 5 lead sheet and tepren expansion wielded joints behind front parapet wall. To relay all lead flashings on the main roof, dormer cheeks and dormer incline gutters with code 4 lead. To relay weathered parapet walls with lime render. To prime and overlay the existing 60sqm mineral flat roof with a 2 coat torch felt system, not visible from street level as between front and rear original Apex.
