Full proposal

Demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a new Sports and Education Hub Building, including educational classrooms and conference room, new clubhouse with function room and ancillary kitchen and bar, changing rooms, new indoor sports hall and ancillary cafe and office areas; provision of grass playing pitches, two new Artificial Grass Pitches, Multi-Use-Games-Area (MUGA), MUSCO mini-pitch, Cruyff Court, outdoor recreational areas and Childrens Play Area with associated access, infrastructure, floodlighting, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatment and outdoor storage.
