Full proposal

Works to facilitate the change of use from restaurant (Use Class E(b) to a spiritual and community centre (Use Class F2). External works include: Repainting of existing external timber joinery (windows and doors), removal of redundant external cabling and fixings on the front elevation; removal of pub signage; and refurbishment of original cast iron lanterns. Internal works include: Creation of two structural openings on the ground and first floor; the repair of cracked plasterwork; cleaning and refinishing of existing internal timberwork and application of decorative vinyl on the internal glazing above the main entrance.
