Full Proposal

T1 - Sycamore Tree - No Action T2 - Silver Birch Tree - Prune overhanging branches back to suitable growth points to give 2metres clearance from the building - To give sufficient clearance to the dwelling. T3 - Silver Birch Tree - Reduce in height by 50%, from 40ft to 20ft and prune lateral branches in to balance the crown - Good tree management to retain the tree as a smaller version, allowing it to be manageable. The tree is within very close proximity to the building and currently blocking natural light into one of the apartments. G1 - Row of Small Silver Birch Trees - Reduce in height by 50%, from 30ft to 15ft and prune the lateral branches back to suitable growth points - Good tree management to retain the trees but allowing them to be manageable, avoiding them outgrowing their location.
