Full application for the proposed change of use of land to a natural burial ground to include parking area, access to Easthampstead Road, single storey pavilion and retention of workshop for storage of plant and machinery for grave digging and maintenance of the land, plus landscaping and biodiversity net gain enhancements to include new tree planting, ponds and wildflower meadow.
